Delivery and returns

1. Delivery

1.1. Delivery of goods is carried out to the specified delivery address throughout Lithuania, and by agreement to other European countries;

1.2. The delivery time of goods not in stock may vary and is coordinated with the customer. The delivery time may also change due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.3. Orders for goods are processed on business days during business hours.

2. Returns and Product Quality

2.1. Customers have the right to return quality goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. The buyer covers the return costs.

2.2. The procedure for returning and exchanging goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.3. Non-returnable goods: Goods made according to special user instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured taking into account the user's personal choice or instruction, goods clearly tailored to the user's personal needs. Such goods are usually manufactured or assembled and ordered specifically for the Buyer, taking into account the Buyer's personal choice (i.e., goods assembled according to the Buyer's request. Used goods or goods whose commercial appearance has been damaged.

3. Delivery and Return Rules

3.1. Delivery and return rules will apply to all purchases.

3.2. Customers must carefully read the delivery and return rules before making a purchase.

3.3. The customer covers the costs of delivery and return, except in cases where the returned item is defective or delivered incorrectly.

3.4. To return goods, customers must contact us using the specified contact details.

3.5. The returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

3.6. The request for return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3.7. The return request will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt.

3.8. The returned goods will be inspected, and if they meet the return conditions, the money will be refunded to the customer.
